You must recognise and acknowledge change.
You can always plan changes. It’s important to recognise and acknowledge them in time and to prepare for this as good as you can to make real change occur and to have the desired effect. This is called Change Management.

However, most changes are unplanned. It is important to be able to react quickly when changes occur. Whilst making a plan you can think of the following: what impact does this change have on my goal? Who should be involved? Timely and well communicated adjustments are necessary. A well-documented process (Change Management) which reacts to the change is very important.

At TOP we believe in leadership. Research has shown that leadership is the most important element in responding to change. Both planned and unplanned changes, we believe it’s important to designate a change manager. We will be managing change by using leadership within the team itself. Even after our intervention, that change must continue and be a part of the organisation itself.
