QA-HSE Engineers

For several relations, we are looking for (freelance-) QA / HSE-Engineers. In this position you  assist and support the QA / HSE-Manager on his job to fulfill the general QA / HSE-targets.

You assist and give support in the area of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, e.g.:

  • Maintaining QA/ HSE documents (procedures, checklists, JHA);
  • Perform internal audits on QA / HSE;
  • Translate Quality demands to practical procedures / checklists;
  • Facilitate Risk Assessments and translate the outcome to actions;
  • Safety reviews based on accepted and proven methods (bow-tie, HAZID, HAZOP);
  • Develop, implement and drill Emergency Response Plans;
  • Operational support and solutions improving HSE in the field;
  • Perform frequent HSE visits and report the findings;
  • Facilitate Incident Investigations;

Your profile:

  • You are enthusiastic and eager to extend your oil & gas, dredging, maritime, engineering-knowledge and network;
  • You have a educational background on Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Chemical Engineering and/ or a Quality, Health and Safety studies;
  • You have specific knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or similar systems.
  • You have preferably knowledge on well-accepted guidelines in the oil- & gas as well in the maritime industry like ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Lines etc; 
  • You have a couple of years work experience in the field, preferably in the oil & gas, engineering, dredging and/ or maritime industry;
  • You master good reading, writing and speaking skills in (technical) English;
  • You are a good communicator with a flexible work attitude. You can work in a team, but also function as a standalone.
