A random selection of our projects over the past 22 years:

Around 1990: Implementing quality management in the asphalt industry, in partnership with VBW-asfalt (asphalt industry association), when this was required by Rijkswaterstaat (government agency).

Around 1990: Some time later we have done a similar project for the Federatie Nederlandse Kraanverhuur (now Vereniging Verticaal Transport) and for the NVWB.

1990 - 2003: QA/ HSE management at Wagenborg Group.

2000: The founding of our daughter NCOB.

2001: Development of Nautico; a softwaretool for ISM assurance.

1997: Large scale Emergency Response- & Communication Drills at several companies. Real simulations in which the Coast Guard, Police and Fire department were involved.

2007: Emergency response & communication drill for a  large shipping company which, supposedly, was rammed by its tow. The drill was focused on the communication between the ship, the shore organisation and authorities. Afterwards we even simulated a press conference with students from the School of Journalism.

2006 - 2008: Many company-specific trainings for increasing the performance of people and thus the results. For example; (safety) leadership, communication, safety awareness, customer satisfaction, dealing with aggression.

2006 - present: We operate at small and medium-sized firms as well as multinationals on various levels in improving performance. We support brainstorm sessions to determine policies and purposes. To monitor processes and achieve goals we implement KPI's and facilitate process optimization when necessary.  

We also facilitate HSE support and supervision for several interim projects for Boskalis in India, Thailand, Suriname, Koeweit, Trinidad & Tobago, Brits Guyana, Oman, Singapore, Gabon, Finland, Kaapstad.
